Make a Return
You can request a return for your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, intact, undamaged, and complete with their original packaging, accessories, and any original tags.
Personalized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect or product non-conformity.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective/non-conforming product.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until the product has been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.
